As part of our Healthy Homes team, you'll play a vital role in tackling damp and mould issues across our homes. From carrying out mould treatments and ventilation surveys to completing high-quality redecoration work, you'll make a real difference to our customers every day.
At Abri, we have a zero-tolerance approach to sub-standard housing. Our Healthy Homes team leads the way in creating healthier living environments, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for putting customers first.

- Delivering a high-quality, right-first-time service in customers' homes.
- Keeping customers informed throughout the work and providing an excellent customer experience.
- Managing materials effectively and working efficiently to complete jobs safely, on time and to a high standard.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain and improve our homes.
What we're looking for
You'll be a positive, reliable and customer-focused individual who takes pride in their work. You'll enjoy building strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and you'll always look for ways to deliver the best possible service.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
What you'll get from us
We'll make sure you have everything you need to get started, including a fully equipped company van, fuel card, uniform, PPE, tablet and mobile phone. You'll just need to provide your own hand and power tools.
You'll also enjoy a great range of benefits from day one, including:
- 28 days' holiday plus bank holidays
- Generous pension scheme
- Life assurance
- Health and wellbeing support
- Regular trade talks and team updates to keep you connected and informed

Abri is a large housing provider who own and manage more than 58,000 homes and various community assets, serving around 113,000 customers across the South of England.
We believe everyone has the right to a good quality safe, warm and sustainable home in a community where they can belong, grow and thrive. What does that look like in real terms?
We’re investing £689m over the next ten years in our existing homes to improve building safety and make them more energy efficient.
- We’re delivering 10,000 homes by 2030, ensuring affordable housing is built where it’s needed most
- We’re investing in our communities, to address local issues and create opportunities for everyone
As we grow, we’re re-establishing our strong local presence to provide a really good service.
