Full job description
Pascoe International design and build a range of award-winning Superyacht tenders to impeccably high standards. The opportunity for an experienced Fairer/Painter to join the team has arisen as part of the company’s ongoing development plan.
Our Fairers/Painters work in a fast-paced environment to a very high standard, from small components to complete boat projects. Pascoe are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, diligent individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in related employment.
Role & Responsibilities
- External painting of hulls
- Filling and fairing of components including primers and topcoat
- Prepare for spray, masking, and sanding GRP
- Polishing
- Awlgrip & Durepox
- Experience painting metallics would would be advantageous
- Health and Safety compliance including the correct wearing of PPE
Required Experience & Skills
- Attention to detail
- Be able to use your own initiative to work unsupervised
- Exposure to Epoxy fillers would be advantageous
- Working to a high standard
- Working within set timescales
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a safe and productive manner
- Superyacht tender experience a benefit
The working pattern for this role is Monday - Thursday 10 hours per day.
