Full job description

Will have to work on a rota basis, and driving is a must. Payment is £13.75 per hour,every two weeks.

Help facilities team by moving furniture for upcoming events

Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting, etc.

Perform maintenance and light repairs

Perform routine landscaping on the grounds

Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)

Undertake light installation or carpentry (e.g. build cabinets)

Summary

As a Handyman, you will be essential in maintaining and repairing various systems within our organisation, reporting directly to the Facilities Manager. Your core skills in mechanical knowledge and maintenance will ensure that all equipment operates smoothly. With premium skills in programmable logic controllers, schematics, welding, and electrical experience, you will tackle complex tasks efficiently. Your relevant skills in English, customer service, and leadership will enhance team collaboration and client interactions, making you a vital asset in creating a safe and functional environment.
