Painter & Decorator – High-End Residential Projects

Location: Ascot
Job Type: Self-employed / Subcontractor
Pay: £180+ per day depending on experience and finish quality

We are looking for an experienced painter & decorator to join ongoing high-end residential projects. This is not basic site work — we want someone who takes pride in detail, works cleanly, and can produce a high-quality finish consistently.

The role will involve internal and external decorating on premium residential properties, including new-build and renovation work.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experienced painter & decorator with strong prep skills
  • Able to work independently and manage own workload
  • High standard of finishing and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual and solution-driven
  • Own tools and transport preferred
  • CSCS card helpful but not essential
  • Spraying experience is a bonus

Typical work includes:

  • Full prep work and filling
  • Sanding and surface correction
  • Mist coating and finishing
  • Woodwork and trim painting
  • Wall and ceiling finishing
  • Exterior decorating
  • Snagging and final finishing work
