Job Summary

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Tradesperson

Livcity Living – Merseyside & St Helens

Full-Time | Permanent

Livcity Living is property development and lettings business with a growing residential portfolio across Merseyside, St Helens and Widnes. We are looking to appoint a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Operative to join team and help maintain our high standards across occupied properties and communal areas.

This is a long-term, stable role for someone who takes pride in their work, turns up on time, and enjoys being part of a professional, growing business.

The Role

You will carry out day-to-day reactive and planned maintenance works across our residential portfolio, including:

  • General repairs and maintenance to occupied properties
  • Basic plumbing (taps, traps, toilets, leaks)
  • Carpentry (doors, locks, architraves, minor joinery)
  • Patch plastering, painting and decorating
  • Changing lights, sockets and minor electrical works (non-certifiable)
  • Maintaining communal areas to a high standard
  • Identifying issues before they become bigger problems
  • Working closely with our build team and letting management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in property maintenance or a similar role
  • Multi-skilled with a practical, problem-solving mindset
  • Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
  • Good communication skills and a professional manner with tenants
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Desirable (but not essential):

  • NVQ / City & Guilds in a trade
  • Experience working in residential blocks or managed portfolios
