Purpose of the role:

Our exclusive clubhouse in Pall Mall is looking for an experienced, organised and detail-oriented Section Waiter/Chef de Rang to join our vibrant team working in our busy Brooklands restaurant. Working with a fantastic team you will be passionate about delivering the best experience to our members.

Responsibilities:

  • To deliver an excellent dining experience for members and guests, ensuring high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times
  • Excellent communication skills to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Able to multitask

About you:

  • Experience delivering 5* service in a similar environment
  • Passionate about delivering first-class customer service
  • Team player
  • Basic Food hygiene level 1 and 2
  • Awareness of Licencing laws
