Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily operations within our bustling hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, extensive restaurant and hospitality experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen personnel, and baristas, ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high-quality standards and consistency.
  • Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock control, and cleanliness standards in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Assist with food production tasks as needed, supporting the culinary team during busy periods.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Implement training programmes to develop staff skills in hospitality, food safety, and customer service.
