Touchstone Education is a leading education provider which changes lives across the UK. We are a fast-growing business that has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Executive to be a part of our growing and amazing team. You will play a vital role in helping us to achieve our sales targets. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being part of a team with a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience. You will be ambitious and bring an enthusiastic, energetic and can-do presence to the business.

What you will do:

  • Make contact with both warm and hot leads, converting these into sales.
  • Be confident in negotiations and objection handling.
  • Selling the features and benefits of the Company.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored based solutions and recommendations.
  • Working in a highly targeted environment.
  • Deliver exceptional service to our customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Represent the Company at key events

What we are looking for

  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Enthusiastic can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Experience working in a telesales environment would be advantageous.

Pay: £26,508.00 with an OTE of £60,000-£80,000 per year
