Functional Assessor – Hybrid Role | Work-Life Balance Sorted!

Are you a Nurse, Paramedic, OT or Physiotherapist ready for a fresh challenge outside of shift work?

What you’ll be doing:

Carrying out PIP & WCA assessments (phone, video & face-to-face)

Reviewing medical evidence and using your clinical judgement

Writing clear, detailed reports to support decision making

Supporting individuals with empathy during important assessments

You’ll play a key role in helping people access the support they need to live better lives.

What we’re looking for:

12+ months post-qualification experience

NMC or HCPC registered (no restrictions)

Great communication & people skills

Strong report writing and IT confidence

Experience across physical & mental health conditions

Able to commit to a 12-week training programme

What’s in it for you:

Salary £47,000 - £50,000(DOE & location)
