Job Summary

Join ATB Logistics as a Self-Employed Multi-Drop Delivery Driver, completing parcel delivery and collection routes across Milton Keynes.

This role is designed for reliable, motivated drivers who want regular delivery work without the cost of providing their own van.

ATB Logistics provides the delivery van, fuel/charging and vehicle insurance, allowing you to focus on completing your route safely, efficiently and professionally.

Drivers are paid a fixed £130 per completed working day, subject to successfully completing the assigned route and meeting operational requirements.

You can also earn an additional £1 bonus for every successfully completed delivery or collection stop above 140 stops in a single working day.

Reliable drivers may also benefit from additional route opportunities as ATB Logistics grows.

Our typical work week is Tuesday- Saturday.

Duties

• Safely operate the delivery van provided by ATB Logistics
• Complete multi-drop parcel deliveries and collections across designated routes
• Load and organise parcels correctly before starting your route
• Use delivery scanning, navigation and route systems accurately
• Complete deliveries efficiently while maintaining high customer-service standards
• Handle parcels carefully, including lifting and carrying items where required
• Record successful deliveries, collections and proof of delivery accurately
• Return undelivered parcels in accordance with depot procedures
• Carry out basic daily vehicle checks before starting work
• Keep the vehicle clean and report any damage, faults or issues promptly
• Follow all road traffic laws, health and safety requirements and operational procedures
• Communicate professionally with customers, depot staff and the ATB Logistics team

Daily Earnings Examples

• 140 successful stops = £130

Stop volumes vary depending on the route and day. Bonus payments only apply to successfully completed delivery or collection stops above 140 stops.

£500 Driver Referral Bonus

ATB Logistics offers a £500 referral bonus for successful driver referrals.

If you refer another driver who successfully joins ATB Logistics and remains actively working with us for at least 12 consecutive weeks, you will receive a £500 referral bonus.

There is no limit to the number of qualifying drivers you can refer.

Experience & Requirements

• Previous experience as a delivery driver, courier or multi-drop driver is preferred
• Experience with DPD, Amazon, DHL, Evri, Yodel or similar delivery operations is advantageous
• Held full valid UK driving licence for 1 year minimum required
• Good driving record
• Confident driving a large delivery van
• Comfortable completing high-volume multi-drop routes
• Able to lift and handle parcels safely
• Comfortable using smartphones, scanning devices and navigation apps
• Strong time-management skills
• Reliable, punctual and organised
• Able to work independently
• Professional communication and customer-service skills
• Weekend availability is advantageous
• Must be comfortable working on a self-employed subcontractor basis

Payment Schedule

Payments are made weekly on a four-week payment basis.
