Full job description

Mobile Car Park Warden

Location: Finsbury Park

Salary: £26,436.80

What the role is all about

Looking for a role where you're trusted to work independently, stay active and manage your own route?

As a Mobile Car Park Warden, you'll patrol a range of private car parks across Finsbury Park, helping ensure parking spaces remain available for residents, customers and visitors who need them. If you are good at liaising with the public, have worked to targets, have been doing driving jobs, security or patrol work and can stay calm when needed, then this could be for you.

What you’ll do

Your role will involve driving between car parks (up to 20 per day) and actively patrolling each site, monitoring compliance with site rules and issuing Parking Charge Notices where appropriate.

Why your role matters

While enforcement is an important part of the role, the wider purpose is ensuring parking remains fair, safe and accessible for those who need it. Whether that's keeping disabled bays available for those who need them, helping parents access family spaces, or ensuring customer parking isn't misused, your work helps people go about their day with fewer frustrations.

No previous parking enforcement experience is required. Full training, equipment and ongoing support will be provided from day one.

What You'll Earn

  • £26,436.80 basic salary
  • Performance bonus opportunities from £200 to £2,000 per month
  • £500 welcome bonus during your first six months
  • Mileage paid for business travel (0.25p per mile)
  • Comprehensive benefits package

What your day looks like

  • Travelling between sites across the EC1R, EC1V, EC2M, N4, N7, MW5 areas
  • Patrolling private car parks and monitoring compliance with site rules
  • Issuing Parking Charge Notices where appropriate
  • Gathering accurate photographic evidence
  • Delivering professional customer service when interacting with members of the public
  • Managing your own patrol route and workload throughout the day

Pay: £26,436.80 per year

Benefits:

  • Company events
  • Company pension
  • Health & wellbeing programme

Work Location: On the road
