Salary: £29,000 plus bonus

Preston Audi, Riversway Motor Park, Nelson Way, Preston, PR2 2JZ

The opportunity

To many of us using our smartphones plays a big part in our day-to-day lives, MyAudi aims to integrate into this and as an Audi Connectivity Genius, you will be in charge of making sure that every customer has full access too all functions this can offer. This means making sure customers who have previously not been connected to their MyAudi App are fully set up before they leave the dealership.

You will be working alongside the aftersales team to ensure that every customer is offered a connected handover with Audi Service request activation as part of their service. As part of this role, you will become an expert in Audi Connect and therefore will be the person who will handle any customer queries; this could be a customer struggling to get set up or alternatively a customer who wants to know all the functions of the My Audi App.

More about the role

  • Contacting customers following their visit to the service department to ensure their experience met expectations.
  • Handling customer concerns and assisting in the resolution of any dissatisfaction issues.
  • Providing a warm welcome to customers on site, including offering refreshments where appropriate.
  • Discussing Audi Connect services and service plans with customers during their visit.
  • Producing reports and providing administrative support for the management team.
  • Updating customer satisfaction and performance notice boards on a daily basis.

Due to the customer-facing nature of the position, this role would be particularly well suited to someone with a strong customer service background who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
  • Computer literate
  • ‘Can do’ attitude
  • Experience of working to targets and KPI’s
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to manage own workload

Founded in 2003 by Michael Smyth and his three sons, David, Peter and John, Swansway has grown from five motor dealerships in Cheshire and the West Midlands to the 20 dealerships we have today. From Birmingham in the South to Carlisle in the North we partner with eleven brands including; Audi, Volkswagen, Land Rover, Honda and many more.

We’re expanding our own-brand, Motor Match our used sites, and we don’t stop at dealerships; we operate four Volkswagen Group Trade Part Centres, an Accident Repair Centre, a Group Fleet Sales Centre and an eBay shop re-cycling obsolete parts. All this is supported by our Head Office in Crewe.
