Relief Manager – Parsons Bakery

Position: Full-Time Relief Manager
Working Pattern: 5 out of 7 days per week, with every other weekend off
Location: Various

Parsons Bakery is a well-established, family-run bakery with a passion for quality, tradition, and great customer service. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Relief Manager to lead various our bakery stores.

The Role

As Relief Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, leading your teams by example and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operation of the stores
• Leading, motivating, and developing the teams
• Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards
• Managing rotas, staffing levels, and payroll control
• Driving sales and meeting performance targets
• Managing stock levels, ordering, and waste control
• Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are consistently met
• Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally

About You

• Previous management experience in retail, food, or hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organised, reliable, and able to work under pressure
• A hands-on approach with a positive, can-do attitude
• Passionate about food and customer service
• Flexible to work 5 days out of 7, with every other weekend
• Driving Licence is essential
