Full job description

We are currently recruiting a dynamic Waiter (ress) /Bar tender to join our team in our busy restaurant and bar.

Ideally, our new colleague will have

  • Experience working in a restaurant and bar and be willing to work during the week and at weekends, and sometimes late into the evening.
  • Must be over 18 to work in the bar, but any age will be considered for general service, and pay rate would be adjusted if under 21.
  • Evenings in particular can be busy especially at the weekends, and during events so remaining calm under pressure is essential.
  • Excellent service standards, with the ability to anticipate the needs of our guests and recall their preferences.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • be excited to work in a busy and vibrant environment.
  • Flexibility to support other departments across the Hotel to guarantee the best possible service to guests.
