Full job description

Due to business growth we have a new opportunity for someone to join us in our office based near Buntingford as an Office Administrator. This role will suit someone with a positive attitude and exceptional attention to detail.

Full training will be provided, and some typical tasks will include

  • Managing and Organising of e-mails, ensuring timely responses
  • Communicating effectively with clients and other team members
  • Updating records and databases
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Additional office administration
  • Previous experience with Sage 50 is beneficial
  • Good IT skills with strong excel skills in particular

As the company continues to grow, the role will be to able adapt and grow and progress with the individual’s skills. To begin with this is an office-based role, but once competent, some hybrid working is available.
