This is a part-time role, working 25 hours per week, term-time only (41 weeks per year).

The proposed working pattern is 5 hours per day - 9.30am - 2.30pm.

Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare.

Day to day duties of the role include:

Using a computer to input data onto spreadsheets and/or databases including the setting up of spreadsheets as required.
    Processing memos, letters, reports and other communications. Managing appointment diaries and arranging meetings.
  • Recording departmental absence as required.

Required skills and qualifications

Knowledge and experience in using spreadsheets and databases.
    Relevant experience within an administrative environment.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
