Full job description

We are looking for fun and energetic bartenders to join us. We are looking for attentive, confident and experienced staff to work in our loft bar and venue. Ideal if you want steady, flexible hours rather than a packed rota.

Applicants must be:

  • EXPERIENCED AS A BARTENDER
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, warm and welcoming
  • Able to take initiative
  • Willing to work as part of a team as well work in a busy environment providing a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to follow all good practices & sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends (daytime and evenings)
  • 18+

Responsibilities:

  • Providing guests with excellent customer service
  • Knowing our menu and guiding customers with their orders
  • Serving drink orders speedily and clearing tables constantly
  • Maintaining front and back of house standards
  • Ensuring that clients’ bills are correct and handling payment
  • Effectively dealing with any client concerns and involving management when necessary
  • Completing opening and closing tasks.

Based over two floors, Brick & Beam comprises of a unique private venue for corporate events, networking and celebrations. The second floor features a chic loft bar with both indoor and outdoor areas. Serving cocktails, draught beer, wine and a vast variety of spirits. Brick & Beam host Live Music ranging from DJs, acoustic shows, and live jazz.

Pay: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
