About Us: The Gilded Lily is a brand-new, exciting restaurant and bar concept launching in the heart of historic Lancaster. We are creating a modern, busy venue offering everything from coffee and brunch to dining, cocktails, live music and DJs.We are building an energetic, friendly and hardworking team who take pride in delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Accommodation: Live-in accommodation available

The Role: We are looking for friendly, confident and hardworking people to join our growing team across Bar and Front of House / Waiting positions.Whether you have previous hospitality experience or are looking to start your career in hospitality, we would love to hear from you.For experienced or ambitious team members, there are also opportunities to progress into senior and management positions. Full time and part time positions available.

Responsibilities

  • Serve food and drinks to a high standard
  • Take customer orders and use EPOS systems
  • Prepare drinks, cocktails and coffees
  • Maintain clean and organised service areas
  • Restock and support opening and closing duties
  • Follow food safety, hygiene and Challenge 25 procedures
  • Provide friendly, confident and professional customer service
  • Work effectively as part of a busy team
  • Support colleagues across the bar and front-of-house operation

What we are seeking:

Pay: £18,750.00-£37,000.00 per year
