Duties

• Welcome guests warmly and take their orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Assist in setting up dining areas before service and clearing after
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of service stations and dining spaces
• Replenish stock levels of food, beverages, and utensils as needed
• Handle customer enquiries courteously and efficiently
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operation

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is advantageous but not essential
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene standards is desirable
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
