Madisons – Weekend Bar Staff

Join the Madisons Crew – Where Every Shift Feels Like a Night Out!

Are you looking for a fun, flexible part-time job where you can meet new people, learn new skills, and work in a buzzing atmosphere? Madisons, Ellesmere Port’s favourite pub, is on the hunt for energetic, sociable team members to join us behind the bar on weekends!

What We Offer:

  • Flexible part-time hours (typically 6–16 hours/week, Friday–Sunday afternoons/evenings)
  • Full training provided – no experience needed!

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve drinks and snacks with a smile, making every customer feel welcome
  • Keep the bar area clean and organised
  • Process orders and payments accurately
  • Be part of the action during busy weekends and special events
  • Help create the fun, vibrant atmosphere Madisons is known for

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Aged 18+ and living within easy reach of Ellesmere Port
  • Positive, outgoing, and ready to work hard and have fun
  • Reliable and able to work late shifts (sometimes until 1–2am)
  • No bar experience? No problem! If you’ve got a great attitude, we’ll teach you the rest
