We're looking for an experienced Barista who takes pride in every cup, thrives in a busy café environment and loves creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Whether you're dialling in espresso first thing in the morning or chatting with regulars over their flat white, you'll play a key role in delivering the Roots + Seeds experience every single day.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience working as a barista in a busy café environment.
  • Confidence dialling in espresso, texturing milk and producing consistently high-quality coffees.
  • A passion for specialty coffee and a desire to continually improve your skills.
  • A genuine love of hospitality and looking after people.
  • Great energy, a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to stay calm and organised during busy services.
  • Reliability, professionalism and a strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.

Your Role

  • Prepare exceptional coffee with consistency and attention to detail.
  • Deliver warm, friendly and engaging customer service.
  • Maintain coffee equipment and ensure the coffee station is always clean, organised and ready for service.
  • Support the wider Front of House team during busy periods.
  • Serve fresh food and drinks with pride.
  • Help maintain the high standards Roots + Seeds is known for.
  • Create memorable guest experiences that keep customers coming back.
