We have an exciting opportunity at our school site in Bromley for a Barista to join the team at Accent. The role is 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday term-time only

What you will be doing

• Preparing and serving high-quality espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and consistency
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace and ensuring equipment is kept in top condition
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Supporting daily café operations and helping to maintain a smooth service
• Collaborating with the team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods
• Speaking to each customer in a friendly, helpful and professional manner
• Undertaking all basic training and working effectively with colleagues as part of a team

This is a customer facing position so in addition to the above you will also need good communication skills and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the English language.

Experience in a similar role would be an advantage but full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
