Ehla is a vibrant Eastern Mediterranean catering company operating multiple mobile sites across London.

Ehla caters outdoor street food market locations, indoor office locations, festivals and many events throughout the year.

Weekend availability is a MUST!

Its festival season, so be prepared to hit some amazing events and festivals across the country.

Dedicated to providing fresh and delicious food. Our mission is to deliver quality culinary experiences while fostering a dynamic and friendly team environment.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Team Member to join our team, you will play a vital role in food preparation, customer service, and ensuring food safety standards are met. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a lively food community and develop your culinary skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food items efficiently and according to company standards.
  • Serve customers with professionalism and friendliness.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Assist in opening and closing
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods.
  • Support the team with daily kitchen operations.
  • Promote upselling of menu items to increase sales.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service.
  • Qualifications
  • Experience in food preparation or restaurant service is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
  • Enthusiasm for culinary arts and customer service.
  • Reliable with a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in cafe or street food environments is a plus.
