Catering Assistant

Monday to Thursday - 9:30 to 2:30pm

20 hours per week

£13.41 per hour

We do more than feed a workplace, we build community. Serving a vibrant solicitors, our cafés bring comfort, street food energy, and global flavours to everyday life. We focus on fresh, balanced food that fuels productivity and joy.

As a General Assistant, you’ll be a key part of that experience, supporting both the kitchen team and front of house service. You’ll help prep for our busy breakfast service and deli bar, and make barista coffee, ensuring the food looks and tastes great, and is served with warmth and energy.

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive, adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced café environment.
  • Comfortable working both front of house (serving, tills, customer interaction) and back of house (basic food prep, cleaning, and organisation).
  • Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation.
  • Calm, reliable, and able to multitask during busy service periods.
  • Nice to have: barista or deli counter experience, Food Safety Level 2, allergy awareness training.

General Assistant Role Overview
