Job Title: Café Supervisor

About Us
We are a vibrant, fast-paced takeaway café, passionate about great food, beautiful presentation, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and capable Café Supervisor to join our team and help keep everything running smoothly.

The Role
As Café Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the café. You’ll lead by example, support the team, and ensure our high standards are maintained—especially during busy service periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily café operations and support staff during service
  • Maintain a calm, organised approach in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure high standards of food presentation and customer experience
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance when needed
  • Step in to assist across all areas when required
  • Manage and grow our social media presence, keeping content fresh and engaging
  • Handle time-sensitive tasks efficiently and effectively
