Full job description

We are looking for a Café Team Member to join our Tunbridge Wells Team!

Ruby's is looking for a dynamic and responsible team member to join our small team. We are committed to producing high quality products using the finest ingredients with production innovation and integrity central to our business ethos.

We are looking for high-energy, experienced, professional and dedicated team players with barista and sales experience to join our Tunbridge Wells team and become part of the Ruby's story. You must be flexible and understand the demands of working in a small independant business. You will be running the shop floor alone at times so you must be highly competent and able.

Duties

  • Sales
  • Fantastic customer service
  • Food prep- Sandwiches & Salads made fresh on site
  • Packing orders and serving food
  • Cash handling
  • Promotion of Ruby's products and services
  • Ability to produce products to the companies high standards
  • Must be barista trained
  • Maintain company standards at all times
  • General cleaning duties
  • Must be available for weekend and weekday shifts.
