Job Summary
Brewed Cafe is a friendly, independent café in the heart of Huddersfield, known for great coffee, quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re passionate about good service and creating a place customers love to come back to.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Barista to join our team. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and drinks while delivering excellent customer service in a busy café environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks and other beverages to a high standard
  • Operate the coffee machine and grinder correctly
  • Take orders and handle payments accurately
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and front-of-house areas
  • Restock supplies and assist with daily café operations
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
  • Support the team during busy service periods

Qualifications

  • Previous barista experience is essential
  • Passion for coffee and attention to detail
  • Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
