About us

Sessions by Mumbles Brewery is a vibrant craft beer and specialty coffee café/bar located in the heart of Swansea city centre .

Operated by the award-winning local brewery Mumbles Brewery, the venue serves as our flagship city-centre taproom.

The role

We are looking for energetic, beer-loving, customer-focused and reliable bar staff (18+) to join our team on a flexible basis. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll help create a great atmosphere, serve drinks responsibly, and keep the bar running smoothly.

Hours & flexibility

Shifts available Monday to Sunday

Shift times available between 12:00pm and 2:00am

Fully flexible hours (to be agreed based on your availability and business needs)

5 to 40 hours per week available (depending on your availability and business needs)

Ideal for people looking for part-time, full-time, or flexible hours

Pay & benefits

National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage (as applicable)

Discretionary profit share (subject to business performance and eligibility criteria)

What you’ll be doing

Serving drinks and taking payments

Providing great customer service and handling queries politely

Keeping the bar and public areas clear, clean, and presentable throughout your shift

Supporting the team during busy periods

Following licensing laws and responsible service standards

Completing end-of-shift close-down, including cleaning and resetting the bar/public areas ready for the next service

What we’re looking for

Age 18+ (due to licensing requirements)

A positive, can-do attitude and strong people skills

Reliable and punctual, with a team-first mindset

Bar experience is ideal but not essential — full training can be provided
