We are seeking a friendly and efficient Kiosk Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing food items, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all visitors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

Duties

• Prepare a variety of food items in accordance with company standards and food safety regulations
• Upsell additional products to maximise sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kiosk area, including food preparation surfaces and equipment
• Ensure all food safety protocols are followed diligently
• Manage stock levels and notify management of any shortages or issues
• Provide friendly, attentive service to enhance the customer experience
• Assist with basic kitchen tasks such as ingredient preparation and portioning
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operation

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or food service environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for those new to the industry
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is advantageous
• Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is a plus
• Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods
• Ability to upsell products confidently to maximise sales opportunities
