Come and join the crew here at Climb Quest Milton Keynes – Your award-winning ‘climbing centre meets theme park’ right here in Milton Keynes – as we are on the lookout for a new member of the team to come on board as a FRONT OF HOUSE & CAFÉ SUPERVISOR.

We are looking for someone to work 30 hours a week (plus the opportunity for overtime during school holidays). Shifts are over 4 days - Thursday, Friday and Saturday plus one other weekday. During school holidays, we are open for longer, so there is potential for overtime. This is a variable hour contract.

Climb Quest is one of two climbing centres run by Walthew Leisure. Our sister centre is Clip ‘n Climb Cambridge. Walthew Leisure is run by Beth and Chris Walthew, and is an independent, family-run company. Climb Quest is at The Kingston Centre, Milton Keynes.

The role of FOH and Café Supervisor is to work alongside the FOH and Café Manager to successfully run the reception, café and kitchen at Climb Quest. On weekdays, this is managing our group bookings, being the front line responder to enquiries, welcoming customers, being responsible for cleaning schedules, and ensuring café supplies are order. At the weekend and in school holidays, your job becomes more about supervising the café and FOH area, working with our amazing team to give the best to customers and birthday party guests, and keeping our centre in tip top condition.

You will receive full training in managing our booking system, supplier portals, food preparation, Level 2 Food Hygiene, and team management.
