Catering & Events Assistant (Flexible Hours)

Location: Medway, KentContract: Flexible / Zero-Hours

MunchOnDnD is a growing catering and events business creating bespoke food experiences for birthdays, private parties, corporate events and special occasions across Kent.

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and hands-on Catering & Events Assistant to support both event operations and business administration on a flexible basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a positive attitude and is looking to grow with an expanding business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with food preparation, packaging and labelling
  • Supporting event setup, styling and presentation
  • Loading and unloading equipment and supplies
  • Assisting with event service and guest interaction
  • Packing down and cleaning after events
  • Managing stock, inventory and equipment organisation
  • Providing administrative support
  • Assisting with social media content and business promotion
  • Supporting day-to-day business operations as required

  • Friendly, confident and well-presented
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Weekend availability is essential
