Job Summary

Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
  • Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed to maintain a clean kitchen environment
  • Support meal preparation during busy service times to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Maintain proper storage and labeling of ingredients to prevent spoilage and ensure freshness
  • Serve dishes with attention to presentation and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the kitchen

Skills

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or similar setting
