Integrative Psychotherapist

Speakeasy Therapy – Bottesford, Leicestershire
2 Days per Week | From September 2026 | £275 Daily Fee

Due to continued growth, Speakeasy Therapy is seeking a qualified and experienced Art Therapist or Integrative Psychotherapist to join our expanding multidisciplinary team based in Bottesford.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside a team of highly skilled therapists within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

  • Provide therapeutic support to children and young people presenting with a range of emotional, behavioural and neurodevelopmental needs.
  • Deliver individual therapy sessions using art therapy and/or integrative psychotherapeutic approaches.
  • Complete assessments, maintain clinical records and produce professional reports where required.
  • Work collaboratively with families, schools and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Contribute to a holistic, child-centred approach to care.

About You

Applicants must:

  • Hold a recognised qualification in Art Therapy, Psychotherapy, Counselling, or a related therapeutic discipline.
  • Be registered with an appropriate professional body (HCPC, UKCP, BACP, BAAT or equivalent).
  • Have experience working with children and young people.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Be committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Hold professional indemnity insurance and an Enhanced DBS certificate (or be willing to obtain one).

Desirable

  • Experience supporting neurodivergent children and young people, including those with Autism Spectrum Condition.
  • Experience working within schools, community settings or private practice.
  • Additional training in trauma-informed, creative or neuro-affirming approaches.
