What You'll Be Doing

As an Early Years Educator, you'll:

  • Create fun, engaging learning experiences that inspire curiosity.
  • Support children to learn through outdoor play and exploration.
  • Build warm, positive relationships with children and their families.
  • Help every child feel safe, valued and confident.
  • Work as part of a supportive team to deliver outstanding care and education.
  • Bring enthusiasm, creativity and new ideas to every day.

What We're Looking For

✔ Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)

✔ Previous experience working with young children, ideally in a nursery setting

✔ A genuine passion for Early Years education

✔ A positive, reliable and caring approach

✔ Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and wants to make a real difference

Flexible Working

We're recruiting for:

  • Full-time (4 days per week)
  • Part-time (2 or 3 full days per week)

Please note that shifts are full days (8–9 hours), and unfortunately we are unable to accommodate school hours for this position.
