Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Photography Assistants to support our visual content creation efforts. In these roles, the successful candidates will assist professional photographers with capturing compelling images, editing photos, and managing media assets. These positions offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your photography skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

We are looking to appoint a full time assistant for 40 hours per week Monday to Friday and a part time assistant for 20 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Duties

  • Steaming and preparing product for photo shoots
  • Dressing the mannequin and shotting the product to required standard specifications
  • Unpacking/packing sample stock items
  • Pulling imagery from brand portals
  • Maintaining the study to a high level of organisation and cleanliness
  • Uploading of images to the company website
  • Maintenance and upkeep of equipment within the dedicated photography suite
  • Any other reasonable tasks requested by the Head of Photography

Skills

  • Proficiency in photo editing software including Adobe suite (not essential)
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Understanding of photography principles and techniques
  • To be able to work in a methodical way
  • The ability to work within a fast-paced environment
