Bulbeck Blooms is a warm, family-run florist known for our beautiful seasonal arrangements and personal touch. We pride ourselves on bringing creativity, colour, and joy into every bouquet we create, and we treat our customers like part of the family.

The Role
We are seeking a creative and passionate florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified florist with shop experience and a strong background in floristry. You’ll be creating stunning arrangements for all occasions while working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide a warm, friendly service.

This is a hands-on, creative role perfect for someone who loves flowers, people, and being part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing bouquets, arrangements, and displays to order
  • Assisting customers with flower selections and providing excellent service
  • Preparing and conditioning flowers
  • Maintaining a clean and inviting shop space
  • Supporting with stock management and deliveries

About You:

  • Qualified florist with shop experience (essential)
  • Strong background in floristry
  • Creative with a good eye for design
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and confident communicating with customers
  • Reliable, flexible, and a good team player

Essential Requirements:

Please only apply if you meet the following essential requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a florist shop
  • Floristry Levels 1, 2 and 3, or equivalent recognised floristry qualifications
  • Confident and experienced in wedding and funeral floristry
  • Flexibility to work additional hours during key seasonal periods, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas etc. and to provide holiday cover when required.
