Part-Time Florist – RAW Flowers | Stevenage

Location: Stevenage Old Town

RAW Flowers is an independent luxury florist creating beautiful bouquets, event florals and bespoke arrangements for our wonderful customers. We're looking for a talented, creative florist to join our friendly team on a regular part-time basis.

This is a flexible role offering regular weekly hours, including some weekdays and weekends. Working days and hours will vary to meet the needs of the business, with rotas provided in advance wherever possible.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating beautiful hand-tied bouquets and floral arrangements.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone.
  • Caring for fresh flowers and plants to ensure the highest quality.
  • Assisting with shop presentation, merchandising and maintaining a clean workspace.
  • Supporting the team during busy periods and seasonal events.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous floristry experience is essential.
  • A creative eye and passion for flowers.
  • Friendly, reliable and professional with excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
