Job Summary

We are seeking various passionate and talented experienced Full Time Florists to join our team!

As a Florist, you will craft stunning floral arrangements that brighten special occasions and everyday moments alike. Your creativity, attention to detail, and love for plants will help us deliver memorable experiences to our customers.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise and artistic flair while working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. Whether designing for weddings, events, or retail displays, you’ll play a vital role in spreading joy through beautiful floral creations.

We are currently recruiting for a Head florist with at least five years floristry experience to lead our team, multiple florists with at least three years floristry experience and delivery drivers with delivery driving experience - All who will play a critical role within the business.

To apply for Florist roles you MUST be an experienced florist with at least 3 years floristry experience who can make bouquets and funeral orders and a team player who thoroughly enjoys serving customers and is keen to make a difference.

These are full time positions based in Manchester.

Essentials:

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and organised
  • Strong attention to detail with a creative approach
  • Outstanding customer service experience, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Able to work additional hours during peak periods
  • Computer literate and confident with managing online orders, internal & external emails, customer orders & queries

We are also looking for part time delivery drivers with driving experience who are approachable, smartly dressed and keen to deliver an excellent service as this is a customer facing role.
