Overview
We are seeking two passionate and creative Florists to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, excellent organisational skills, and a genuine love for flowers and plants. This role involves creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, maintaining the shop's visual presentation, and providing exceptional customer service. Fluency in English is highly desirable. The position offers an engaging environment where artistry and horticultural knowledge come together to inspire and delight customers.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and crafting floral arrangements for events, occasions, and retail displays
  • Assisting customers with selecting flowers and related products, offering expert advice on floral care and arrangement options
  • Organising stock levels, ensuring flowers are fresh, well-maintained, and properly displayed through effective merchandising techniques
  • Managing inventory, including ordering new stock and tracking supplies to minimise waste
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the shop environment, including tools and workstations
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and high standards of customer service
  • Promoting the shop’s offerings through visual merchandising and creative displays

Requirements

  • Previous experience in floristry or horticulture is preferred; further training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
  • Passion for gardening, plants, and floral design with an eye for colour coordination
  • Knowledge of horticultural principles, plant care, and sustainable practices is desirable
  • Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required
  • Flexibility to adapt to seasonal demands and special events scheduling
