About the Role:

Are you looking to gain your first job experience in food and hospitality? A&Z Sandwich Bar is looking for a reliable, energetic Kitchen & Counter Assistant to join our small, friendly team!

This is an entry-level position with full training provided, making it ideal for 16–17 year olds school leavers wanting to gain hands-on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepping food and ingredients (slicing, chopping, and making sandwiches)
• Serving customers at the counter with a friendly smile and taking orders accurately
• Keeping kitchen stations, equipment, and customer areas clean and hygienic
• Restocking food and supplies during busy periods
• Helping out the team wherever needed to keep the shop running smoothly
