Full job description

We are seeking a Receptionist (Care Navigator) to join our welcoming team at Adelaide Medical in Andover.

Our practice is committed to staff training and development, following the core principles of an ‘Investor in People’.

What’s on offer:

· 5.5 hour afternoon shifts (13:00 - 18:30) - Monday to Friday (all 5 days or apply for at least 3)

· £13.00 per hour

The main duties of the role includes:

· Manning front desk reception queries and checking in patients

· Manning incoming telephone lines for queries and appointment bookings

· Processing Prescriptions

· Supporting the clinical team with admin tasks

· Registrations

We are looking for:

· Friendly team player

· Professional and polite customer care skills

· Good communication skills

· Confident with IT

· Good medical terminology is desirable but not essential

· NHS experience is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided
