Full job description

We’re Spicer+Cole, an independent group of cafés in the heart of Bristol, and we’re looking for a part-time Front of House Team Member to join our team at our café in the Royal West of England Academy.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering friendly, confident, 5-star customer service
  • Making and serving high-quality specialty coffee
  • Working as part of a close-knit, supportive team
  • Serving food, using the till and helping us keep the cafe clean & standards high

What we’re looking for:

  • Some experience in a quality coffee or hospitality environment
  • Barista experience (specialty coffee experience is a big plus)
  • A genuine passion for coffee, food, and great service
  • A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and great people skills
  • Someone who enjoys working at pace and staying calm when it’s busy
