Luxury Jewellery & Watch Sales Assistant

Location: Knightsbridge, London
Job Type: Full-time (Weekend availability required)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and proactive Luxury Jewellery & Watch Sales Assistant to join our boutique in Knightsbridge.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience selling luxury watches and jewellery, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the initiative to contribute to the continued growth of the business. This role is suited to someone who is confident working independently, enjoys taking ownership of their responsibilities, and can bring fresh ideas to help drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience to every customer.
  • Advise clients on fine jewellery and luxury watches with confidence and professionalism.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Manage customer enquiries in person, by telephone and online.
  • Create engaging content and manage the business's social media platforms, helping to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Contribute innovative marketing ideas, promotions and content that will benefit the business and drive customer engagement.
  • Maintain the boutique to the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Assist with stock management and inventory control.
  • Keep your workspace organised, tidy and professional at all times.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous luxury jewellery and watch sales experience is essential.
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a luxury retail environment.
  • Professional, confident and well-presented.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience creating engaging social media content for a business.
  • Self-motivated, productive/creative and able to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Creative thinker with innovative ideas that can contribute to increasing sales and promoting the business.
  • Flexible with working days and hours, including weekends and additional hours when required.
  • Flexible with annual leave.
  • Organised, tidy and takes pride in maintaining a clean and professional working environment.
  • Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
  • Must provide an excellent reference from a previous employer.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
