WHO WE ARE:

The biggest branch to date, Tamila popped up on Poland Street in February. It marks the third outing for the restaurant, which also has a location in Clapham. Tamila comes from the same team as desi gastropubs The Tamil Prince and The Tamil Crown, which are both in Islington.

We are looking for experienced SHIFT MANAGER/ SUPERVISOR who are ready to take on the challenge of opening in busy area of London. This is going to be the biggest branch to date.

The Tamila menu will include a host of dishes from the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu, including a Thanjavur chicken curry and Chettinad lamb curry, as well as a garlic coriander naan. Like the existing Tamila sites, there will be a highly decent vegetarian offering, with various meat-free dosas and dhals.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Shift manger/Supervisor at Tamila, you will be vital in leading our team and ensuring exceptional service for every guest. You will oversee the smooth running of the floor, manage staff, and ensure that guests have a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience that leaves them wanting to return.

We are looking for Full timers with

  • Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to provide outstanding customer service
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and accurate service
  • Assist with training and development of team members to maintain high service standards
