As part of our team, you’ll work closely with restaurant management to maintain exceptional food quality, service, and guest care. You’ll uphold our high standards while working collaboratively with the team to ensure every guest enjoys a top-notch experience.

• Must be available to work from 2:30pm Monday to Friday.
• Assist guests in selecting meals and drinks, providing upsell suggestions
• Process orders through the POS system efficiently
• Assist in preparing and packaging food and beverages
• Ensure food portions are accurate and appropriately packed
• Handle payments, provide receipts, and serve food to guests
• Maintain quality and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Adhere to brand standards and deliver exceptional service every time
• Focus on providing an outstanding guest experience at all times
• Answer the phone and handle inquiries
• Keep guest areas neat and tidy
• Communicate effectively with team members to accomplish tasks
• Demonstrate consistency in operational standards that positively impact the restaurant’s overall success
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards
• Manage food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times.
• Lead by example in demonstrating excellent hospitality and teamwork skills
• Flexible availability to cover for absence and busy periods

Key Skills and Abilities

• A strong belief in delivering exceptional guest service
• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
• Good understanding of food production processes and culinary techniques
• Excellent communication skills, both with guests and team members
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude at all times
• Cheerful, helpful, and dedicated to providing excellent guest care
• Ability to adapt to varying business volumes with a sense of urgency
• A solid understanding of the menu and the ability to explain it to guests
• Ability to follow instructions and work towards achieving brand standards
• Flexibility to work in both kitchen and front counter areas as needed
• Maintain proper portion control and monitor food levels in the kitchen
• Ensure food safety standards are met consistently
• Follow food handling and safety procedures while preparing food
• Thoroughly clean kitchen equipment and utensils, adhering to sanitation standards
