The Role

We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our friendly team to provide friendly and compassionate support to older adults enabling them to live a fulfilling and independent life. We are looking for an enthusiastic, warm and friendly individual to join our team for this unique opportunity to really make a difference within our communities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be passionate about keeping our residents homes as they would their own.

The Person

The ideal applicant ideally should have / be:

  • Warm and Friendly
  • Passionate about enhancing the lives of our residents
  • Proven experience as a housekeeper or similar role
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic
  • Great communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include:

Perform detailed housekeeping routines in our residents’ apartments

  • Develop warm relationships with our residents
  • Report any concerns or unusual behaviour from the resident’s to management
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness in common areas
  • Replenish communal supplies
  • Report damage or malfunction in the apartments or communal areas
  • Provide outstanding customer service to residents
  • Undertake any activities that fall under the Health & Safety policies and procedures.
