Housekeeper

The Role
We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our friendly team to provide friendly and compassionate support to older adults enabling them to live a fulfilling and independent life. We are looking for an enthusiastic, warm and friendly individual to join our team for this unique opportunity to really make a difference within our communities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be passionate about keeping our residents homes as they would their own.
The Person
The ideal applicant ideally should have / be:
- Warm and Friendly
- Passionate about enhancing the lives of our residents
- Proven experience as a housekeeper or similar role
- Excellent time management skills
- Compassionate and empathetic
- Great communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Committed to enhancing residents' well-being and fostering a sense of community.

Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include:
Perform detailed housekeeping routines in our residents’ apartments
- Develop warm relationships with our residents
- Report any concerns or unusual behaviour from the resident’s to management
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in common areas
- Replenish communal supplies
- Report damage or malfunction in the apartments or communal areas
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents
- Undertake any activities that fall under the Health & Safety policies and procedures.
