Previous experience in Customer Service & Administration will provide with added advantages.

Bilingual: Spanish & English Language - be able to understand, speak, read and write in Spanish & English.

Job Role:

  • Customer Services over the phone and at the counter – Spanish & English Language Attending phone calls; (Answering inbound calls, making outbound calls if required)
  • Replying to emails, scheduling appointments
  • Collecting Visa Application documents (e.g. Passport, Proof of Address, Travel Insurance, Travel Ticket, Hotel Reservation etc.) from the Applicants
  • Assisting Applicants for processing their Service fee
  • Soft copies & hard copies of Recordkeeping, Applicants’ data entry, checking data
  • You may need to travel around London or other cities for Mobile Visa Applications
  • You may be asked to train the newly joined staff at a later stage when needed

The above job role is not limited, you may be requested to assist colleagues within your skills & capacity.

Your responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team and support the team members
  • Self-motivated, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
  • Respond to queries from the team members
  • Be able to achieve individual targets, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • This role involves organising & managing the front desk and back office
  • You will have daily involvement to contact clients/customers/applicants
  • Confidently able to advice about the services offered
  • Understanding and anticipating colleague, client and applicant's need

Skills and personal characteristics:

  • Command knowledge in Spanish & English Language. Be able to understand, speak, read and write in Spanish & English.
  • Experience in promoting services to the Business or Applicants or Customers
  • Customer service background in a customer-focused environment
  • Confident communicator on an individual and group basis with excellent interpersonal skills and have positive approach and manner
  • General IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, Emails etc.)

Pay Rate:

£12.75 to £13.00 per hour.

General Working Hours (Assignment or Shift timing):

Normally, the office opening hours are from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM on Monday to Friday, the shifts/assignments are assigned during 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM, we cannot guarantee the weekly working hours.

Overtime will be paid at the same rate of pay if you are required to stay extra time to complete your tasks of a shift or an assignment. Break is unpaid.

We run payroll from 21st to 20th of next month and paid on the last working day of the month.
