Full job description

We are looking to recruit a full-time Receptionist at our large busy site in South Cave.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and good communication skills. The working hours are 9am until 5pm over 4/5 days and will involve weekend working. You will also need to have some flexibility to cover holidays.

An administrative background would be advantageous as this role involves a variety of administration. Responsibilities are:-

  • Meeting and greeting customers.
  • Answering incoming telephone calls.
  • Making drinks for customers.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multitasking and prioritising.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Problem-solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail.

*This role includes working at the weekend*
