Full job description

We are looking for someone that is self motivated, conscientious, reliable and able to carry out cleaning, gardening, painting, rubbish clearing and maintenance jobs for example putting a blind up, assembling a flat pack furniture and basic plumbing repairs, etc.

About our company.

We are supported accommodation provider offering housing to a variety of vulnerable clients in the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire area.

Core duties of the job will be

  • Visit our properties in Ilkeston, Heanor, Ripley and Eastwood
  • Room preparation for new tenants
  • Clear rubbish from yards and gardens.
  • Clean kitchens, bathrooms and communal areas of the properties
  • Mow lawns and cut back hedges etc.
  • Painting
  • Maintenance jobs and repairs as required
  • Key cutting.

Applicants must

  • Have a full driving licence
  • We will carry out a DBS check on the successful applicant.
  • Reliable and self motivated
  • Conscientious and punctual
  • Fit and able to carry out the duties required
  • Comfortable in a client facing role
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as on their own

Salary £26,000 per year with an increase after probation.

37.5 hours per week. Hours 9:00 to 5:00 Monday to Friday.

28 days plus bank holidays.

Part time would be considered for the right candidate.
