Job Summary

Looking for a enthusiastic & reliable person to up keep and maintain go karts and track to a high standard. Applicant must have good customer service & communication skills.

The Garage are looking for self motivated and hard working individuals to join our Karting team, hours are variable based on business requirements.

The successful candidates will demonstrate a passion for customer service, being responsible for the health and safety of customers whilst go karting.

The successful candidate will deal with bookings from reception through to supervising races and undertaking relevant maintenance where required, ensuring customers have a safe and enjoyable time whilst on the premises. Candidates must be confident working both as part of a team and individually.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide good customer service

Carry out maintenance and repair Go-Karts when required.

Daily checklists to ensure Karts are at a high standard and the H&S regulations are adhered to.

Track & Barrier monitoring and repair, where and when required

Ensure customers are taken through the NKA briefing process outlining the risks to drivers

Qualifications and Skills

Mechanic / karting experience is preferred but not essential.
