About Windwood Health Clinic

Windwood Health Clinic is an established and growing private healthcare clinic located in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush. We are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a professional, welcoming, and patient-focused environment.

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and commercially minded Clinic Manager to help lead our operations, enhance the patient experience, and support the continued growth of the business.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous private healthcare or private clinic management experience who enjoys wearing multiple hats and making a genuine impact on a growing business.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic while also supporting marketing, patient acquisition, and business development initiatives.

As the clinic continues to grow, there is potential for this position to become a full-time role.

Expected Experience: Minimum 3 years of private clinic management experience preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinic Operations & Patient Experience

  • Manage the daily operation of the clinic
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction
  • Oversee front-of-house activities and patient journeys
  • Manage appointment scheduling and clinic diaries
  • Handle patient enquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Maintain clinic standards, policies, and procedures
  • Help and the chemist counter if required

Business Development

  • Develop strategies to increase patient numbers and revenue
  • Build relationships with local businesses and community groups
  • Identify partnership and referral opportunities
  • Support promotional campaigns and events
  • Monitor performance and recommend growth initiatives

Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage and grow the clinic's social media presence
  • Create engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Assist with website updates and online reputation management
  • Monitor marketing performance and patient acquisition metrics

About YouEssential Requirements

  • Previous experience managing a private healthcare clinic, GP practice, aesthetic clinic, or similar healthcare setting
  • Strong front-of-house and patient service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in social media management and marketing
  • Business development and sales experience
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Proficient CRM patient management, digital systems and AI tools

Desirable

  • Experience within private healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, pharmacy, or allied health services
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and governance
  • Experience using CRM and patient management systems
