Position: Operations Manager - Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) 37.5 hours per week

Location: Based mainly at Complete Physio Head office, Winchmore Hill, London, with ad-hoc days to clinic sites and other locations as required.

Complete Physio is seeking a proactive, highly organised professional to join our senior management team in a new Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) post. This role provides critical operational and executive support to our Clinical Directors, Head of Operations (Clare Baker), and HR Manager (Claire Boron) across our busy, expanding network of physiotherapy and injection clinics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational & Project Support: Work closely with senior leadership to deliver internal projects, streamline clinic workflows, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Finance & Management Accounting: Assist with financial administration, management accounting tasks and reporting.
  • Support the maintenance of quality assurance frameworks, compliance tracking, and clinic audit procedures.
  • Human Resources: Assist the HR Manager with staff documentation, recruitment logistics, onboarding schedules, and personnel records.
  • Attending senior management meetings
  • Reporting directly to clinical directors and head of operations and HR manager

Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record of taking a proactive, problem-solving approach to complex administrative and operational challenges.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical or business environment.
  • Strong numerical and written communication skills, with experience handling confidential financial and HR data.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the confidence to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Prior experience in healthcare administration, multi-site clinic operations, or practice management is advantageous.
