Get A Drip is one of the UK’s leading preventative health and longevity businesses, trusted by around 190,000 people across our clinics, pharmacy and digital platform. Founded in 2017, we offer IV therapy, advanced blood testing, weight management (including GLP-1 support) and a fast-growing telemedicine service, all built around a simple principle: test, treat, retest.
We are now developing a fully integrated longevity platform combining diagnostics, treatments and AI-driven insights, and we are moving fast. If you want real scope to grow and make an impact, this is the place to do it.
About the role
As a Longevity Coordinator, you will be the face of the patient experience at Get A Drip. This is a hands-on, patient-facing role where you will guide people through their longevity journey, from first contact through to treatment and beyond.
You will combine exceptional patient care with product knowledge and ethical sales, helping patients access the right treatments, products and membership packages while driving retention through genuinely personalised service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and is passionate about making people feel heard, cared for, and in safe hands.
What you’ll be doing
- Welcoming patients, ensuring a smooth patient journey and consultation process
- Supporting patients to complete pre-treatment questionnaires and taking relevant medical observations, ensuring all required information is captured accurately
- Promote diagnostics, treatment packages, add-ons and membership options
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations including bookings, payments, opening and closing and stock management
- Work towards individual and group KPIs
Requirements
- Experience in a customer/patient-facing role (hospitality, retail, beauty, wellness or healthcare)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple patient interactions simultaneously
- Wellbeing and longevity obsessed
What we offer
- Monthly sales commission based on clinic performance and client feedback.
- Shared Tip Pool.
- Get A Drip Staff training credit to spend on drips and boosters, up to the value of £2,760 per annum.
- 22 days per annum, which rises by one additional day per full completed year of service up to a maximum of 30 days, plus 8 bank holiday days which are added to your leave entitlement which can be taken throughout the year at your request (as clinics remain open on bank holidays with the exception of Christmas day).
- Auto-enrolment pension scheme.
- Exclusive perks via Perkbox.
Get A Drip is moving from start‑up to scale‑up, and we’re looking for people who want to be part of that journey. We’re disrupting the way preventative healthcare is delivered, building, improving and evolving constantly and we want team members who are energised by growth, change, positive impact and possibility.
Working here isn’t for everyone, and that’s okay. You’ll thrive with us if you enjoy:
- A fast‑moving environment where priorities evolve as we grow
- Taking initiative and solving problems without waiting for instruction
- Building and improving processes, systems and ways of working
- Wearing different hats and stepping outside your job description when needed
- Owning your work and being accountable for outcomes
- Comfortable with being challenged and with challenging back
- Collaborating closely with a small, committed team
- Learning continuously as we introduce new tools, systems and ideas
And you may not enjoy it if you prefer:
- Predictable routines
- Clear, unchanging structures
- A narrow, fixed job description
- Slow decision‑making
- A highly established corporate environment
If you’re excited by growth, pace and possibility — and you want to help people live healthier for longer — we’d love to hear from you.
Pay: £16,224.00-£16,824.00 per year
