About Us

MyHealthcare Clinic (www.myhealthcareclinic.com) is an award-winning healthcare group offering private GP, dental, and specialist services — all under one roof. We deliver exceptional clinical care with a 5-star patient experience across multiple London locations.

The Role

We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Clinic Manager to take full operational ownership across one or more of our clinics. This is a senior role ideal for someone who leads from the front, drives standards, and develops their team while keeping the patient experience at the heart of everything they do.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations

  • Ensure daily clinic readiness — rooms, systems, staffing, and presentation
  • Manage clinic flow, diary optimisation, and operational continuity
  • Act as key holder and first point of operational contact during clinic hours
  • Maintain compliance with CQC requirements and internal policies at all times
  • Oversee operational performance across allocated clinics
  • Monitor and drive KPIs: patient experience, reviews, compliance, and clinic readiness
  • Implement and manage Clinic Improvement Plans where required
  • Manage stock ordering, budget control, and efficient resource utilisation

Patient Experience & Sales

  • Lead by example in customer service and professionalism
  • Handle first-line patient concerns and complaints effectively
  • Improve patient pathways, and support treatment coordination
  • Drive membership sign-up targets and service awareness across your team

Team Leadership & Development

  • Provide day-to-day direction to front-of-house and support staff
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1s with all clinic staff every 4–6 weeks
  • Coach and develop team members through structured feedback and support
  • Support onboarding and training in line with central team direction
  • Escalate conduct or performance concerns through the correct channels

Governance & Engagement

  • Proactively attend BUPA/MHC meetings to stay informed and support your teams
  • Ensure consistent application of SOPs and processes across all clinics
  • Report operational risks and material issues to the Operations Manager

What We're Looking For

  • ✅ Proven experience in a clinic, operations, or service management role
  • ✅ Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing teams
  • ✅ Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs
  • ✅ Excellent patient/customer service ethos — leads by example
  • ✅ Highly organised, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
  • ✅ Competent with IT systems and MS Office
  • ✅ Flexible and motivated to grow within a scaling healthcare business

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary + performance bonus scheme
  • Employee discount
  • A key leadership role in a fast-growing, award-winning healthcare group
  • Clear progression pathway toward Senior Operations level

This role sits within a centrally managed structure. Payroll, contracts, formal appraisals, and disciplinary processes remain the responsibility of the central team.
