We’re hiring registered healthcare professionals in Bristol to join a growing team as Functional Assessors — a role where you’ll use your clinical expertise in a structured, non-treatment environment.

Who can apply?

We’re looking for:

Minimum 12 months’ recent UK post-qualification experience
Full UK right to work (no sponsorship available)

The role – What you’ll be doing

You’ll carry out functional assessments for individuals applying for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Work Capability Assessment (WCA)

  • Conduct face-to-face and remote assessments in the Milton Keynes area
  • Assess individuals with physical and mental health conditions
  • Apply your clinical knowledge + medical evidence to each case
  • Produce clear, evidence-based reports
  • Help determine how conditions impact daily living

No treatments. No ward work. No emergencies.
