As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming and professional clinic environment. This is not a passive reception role; we are looking for someone who is attentive, approachable and ready to take initiative.

You will support both clients and chiropractors, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic while delivering exceptional service.

This is a part-time position based in Marylebone. Saturday working is required, and flexibility to cover additional shifts during holidays or sickness is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing a warm, friendly welcome to our clients, greeting them by name
  • Handling telephone bookings and email enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Managing appointments, processing payments, and completing end-of-day cashing up
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records via our online system
  • Supporting chiropractors with client care where required (full training provided)
  • Opening and closing the clinic depending on shift pattern
  • Carrying out cleaning duties to maintain our high clinical standards
  • Attending twice-yearly team meetings (occasional travel required)

What We are Looking For

Our clients rely on us to deliver outstanding care and we we need to be able to rely on you to be a key part of our team.

You will be:

  • Punctual, reliable and highly organised
  • Confident communicating in person, over the phone and by email
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage accurate records
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work independently
  • A supportive team player who isn’t afraid to ask for help when needed

Above all, you will genuinely care about helping people live healthier lives and have an interest in natural, holistic healthcare.

While we value skills, we place greater importance on personality, attitude and willingness to learn.

What We Offer

  • Above-average employment terms for the industry
  • Complimentary chiropractic care
  • An Employee Assistant Programme providing support for personal and work-related issues, including counselling services, a 24/7 helpline, Virtual GP Services, and the Wisdom Wellbeing Platform
  • Convenient location with good public transport links
  • A supportive, positive team environment

Proposed start date: 1st September 2026

If you have a big heart, strong organisational skills, and want to be part of a team that truly cares, this could be exactly what you’re looking for.

We look forward to meeting you.
