Full job description

Ultrasound Direct are a national innovative fast moving company extending services into all aspects of private ultrasound and healthcare services.

We have an exciting opportunity available for a part time Client Support Specialist at our Oxford & Readding clinics.

As a Client Support Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring our clients are treated with the utmost respect and receive a five-star service throughout their time with us, that always exceeds expectations.

The job will require meeting and greeting clients, completing paperwork, taking payments, promoting sales, providing phlebotomy services and keeping the clinic clean and tidy.

Full phlebotomy training provided.

Tuesday 9.30am to 4pm

Thursdays 9.30am to 6pm

Other days available too.

Some Saturdays 9.30am to 5pm

Some Sundays 9.30am to 5pm

Candidates need to be flexible to meet the needs of the business also covering for holiday and sickness periods within the Midwest region.

The right person will require excellent customer service skills and have a positive I can do attitude.
